We recently ended a two year tenancy through B&R at the Dickens Yard complex and we wanted to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the great experience we had with the team at B&R Ealing (who let us the property) and the Hammersmith team (who found a new tenant so that we could move into our new home earlier). In particular, we wanted to acknowledge our lettings negotiator Greta Andrijauskaite who managed the viewings, contracting and move in process. Our impressions of real estate agents was at an all time low but she has certainly restored our faith in real read more estate agents. Before moving to Dickens Yard and dealing with Greta, we had an absolutely horrible experience with another boutique real estate agency. Our experience was so bad, to the point at which we had to report them to The Property Ombudsman for malpractice. It made us really apprehensive about dealing with real estate agents again. But we are so very grateful that Greta looked after us when we found our new home in Ealing. Her approach is of the highest professionalism and she looks out for the interests of not just the landlord but also tenants as well, which certainly wasn't the case with our previous agent. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth for our move in and she has always been helpful to us throughout our tenancy even though the day-to-day maintenance of the property wasn't directly managed by B&R but directly with our landlord. We've enjoyed having conversations whenever we see each other and Greta has been an absolute angel with our dog who loves her to bits now. As tenants we couldn't have asked for a better experience, so thank you Greta for making our tenancy and time in Dickens Yard a very memorable and happy one.

I have been renting a property through Benham & Reeves for nearly 2 years now. My property manager, Kayliegh has been amazing, super responsive and available even outside of office hours for some issues that I have had with my flat. In a city full of greedy landlords and even greedier estate agents, I honestly don't have a bad word to say about my experience with this company and I will definitely be using them to rent properties in the future.

I came across the Benham & Reeves Estate Agents in Surrey Quays agency through a Rightmove listing for rental properties. I have been dealing with estate agents for the past 20 years and I can safely say that this has been the most professional letting agency I have come across so far (and in London that is not easy to find). I highly recommend it due to interactions in the following areas: Viewing process experience: Anna, the letting agent that showed me the property, was outside the property at the agreed meeting time, was very knowledgeable about the property and what the read more neighbouring area had to offer to someone moving there. Letting agent communications: Whether I dealt with the letting agent directly or other members of the Benham & Reeves team, all were professional and crystal clear in their communications and managed my expectations well in terms of what was required in respect of information and timelines to provide it or expect it. Moving day experience: Prior to moving day, Anna explained clearly what the rules were for movers coming to development to help with the move. This made the move straightforward and the letting agent even assisted on the day when the movers arrived early at the property. Contract drafting and signing experience: Although the contract went through a couple of drafting rounds, this was a very straightforward experience due to clear responses to my queries and clear communication on the amendments required to accommodate the wishes of the landlord. Clarity of fees and payments: From the initial deposit to take the property off the market to the funds required to complete the process, it is was always clear to me both specific payments and the overall total amount required to pay to move into the property. Handling of queries and liaising with landlord on my behalf: In respect of requests to fix minor issues in the property these were handled promptly in the pre-contract period and without a need for reminders.

Shoreditch

The professional team and service, as an overseas landlord, I really trust them to take care of my flat. Regular reviews by taking photos is a great way to let me know the flat’s condition. In addition, B&R's ability to select tenants is excellent, and the background dd of tenants saves the landlord trouble. If I had a friend who wanted to rent a house or flat, I would recommend this team to him/her.

Colindale

We have been with Benham & Reeves for more than 3 years with a renting flat in Colindale. Kayleigh Weston, the Property Manager is very amazing. She always give us great help for every issue with the flat. She responds fast and give us excellent services, not to mention her follow-up actions are so reliable and trust-worthy. She brought in a very good middle-man services between the Landlord and ourselves. Highly recommended to everyone who want to get a completely trouble-free and great hand to help in property management.

This is an amazing agent. I would say best in the area. We have been landlords in the area in the past 10 years and definitely the best agency. They do take good care making sure that they find you a good tenant, not just any tenant. Very personalised service. I find that this is an invaluable quality!

Ealing
