I have been renting a property through Benham & Reeves for nearly 2 years now. My property manager, Kayliegh has been amazing, super responsive and available even outside of office hours for some issues that I have had with my flat. In a city full of greedy landlords and even greedier estate agents, I honestly don't have a bad word to say about my experience with this company and I will definitely be using them to rent properties in the future.

However, my interactive with Kayleigh, followed by a long-distance telephone call with her, changed the perception completely. Ever since my property had let out, Kayleigh proved to be a game-changer by paying a courtesy visit to my property and then explained the situations and conditions being occupied by the tenant in details to me, so that I could take immediate action to deal with the tenant. It was at this crucial moment that Kayleigh reached out to me, offering her assistance. Benham & Reeves is the greatest agency I've dealt with in London out of all of others. From the time the leasing agreement was signed until check-out, everything was really efficient and seamless. I wholeheartedly endorse Kyle since he is an excellent agent who's been exceedingly attentive. The property manager, Max, has also been very accommodating and responsive.
